horrible service don't ever depend on taxi for sure because this guys will screw it up at last minute. I called to book a taxi on 23rd September at 5 pm for 8.15 evening from shanthi nagar to vidyaranyapura the booking was confirmed but 8.30pm they don't turn up every time I called their customer care the kept on telling the driver will reach in 5 min and dint not give the drivers number to call .After the call they send a msg saying driver may be delayed by 5 min if I wanted to cancel the cab give a miss call to that number . at 8.45 pm the driver calls and says that he will reach by 9 if you want wait or you can leave after that he dint not come at 9 pm nor called . We had booked taxi yesterday for airport your vehicle KA-04- D5910 DRIVER NAME MOHAN KUMAR arrived on time when my father boarded the taxi he asked for extra toll fare, we go to airport often hence we knew that while going towards airport there is no toll fare hence we said if you are asking for toll we need receipt for that for which he said he will not provide any receipt. And told us to talk to TAXIFORSURE HEADOFFICE, when connected to them my father told about this situation there office also told driver to provide receipt but then also he did not agree and left my father stranded near hebbal, my father called me up told all the situation and I took him to airport.

I want to share my very disappointing experience with taxiforsure or shall I call it taxiNOTsure!
On 23rd Nov 13 used their service- Booking Number TFS-IN-C782196.
I got the driver details after calling endlessly at the customer centre. Finally, received it after the pickup time (claim by taxiforsure is that it is sent 30 mins before the pickup). When I called the driver he said he will not come but some other driver will come to pick me up.
This new driver also came 30 mins late...So, overall a delay of ONE hour from the confirmed pickup time!!!
The new driver harassed me & mis behaved with me to pay Rs. 1000 advance as he had no money for fuel and the tank was empty which caused further delay. If the cab is coming to pick somebody up

One of the worst cab service. I booked for a cab and they told me that they will be on time. But when i called them back just half an hour before they refused to send any cab. My wife is carrying and we had to come back from the clinic as my car had some electrical break down. Over call, they confirmed the booking. WORST! WORST!! WORST !!!
Worst taxi service in Bangalore. Driver fleeced us by taking a long circuitous route to reach our destination. Did not agree with us when we told him to take a shorter route. Finally fleeced us 20 rs extra for no reason.
Avoid this company. There are far better taxi companies out there.
Really disappointed with Taxi4sure service. I had booked a cab to airport for a flat rate but the driver Mr. Ravi D started argiung that he will take a different route because of traffic and charged Rs 100 extra. Instead of requesting him to take the shortest route, he was adamant on taking other route to make extra bucks. even the calls from taxi4sure call center did not budge him and he took different route and chanrged Rs 100 extra.
If you keep drivers like this, then it will be an exit time for you soon. Dont create flat rate packages if you dont follow them and keep looking for how to charge extra from customer.

Beware of these guys. I booked for a cab and they told me that they will be on time. But when i called them back just half an hour before they refused to send any cab. while talking they transferred my call to 8 different people, which cost me Rs30 additional. Really one of the poorest cab service provider. I even can't rate them.
Beware of this service,i would call it TAXI NOT FOR SURE. You need to send them reminders to confirm your booking.
Although they have a neat UI and things seem to work,their call centre is pathetic with a lackadaisical attitude.
Twice i went through the same experience,made booking 1 day in advance and the booking was not registered.
They send a confirmation sms half an hour before departure.
IN SHORT ,TOTALLY UNSURE TAXI till the last moment.Would prefer a local known taxi anytime over this sloppy service..

I used this cab service for almost a month. During this period, I needed it at 4.00 am (early morning), believe me ... everytime, the taxi reported to me ontime without fail. I am very much satisfied with this service.
Beware of this taxi service. On Oct 31 2012 we booked taxi from HSR Layout to Yashwantpur railway station for 6:30 PM. The taxi came at 7 PM and missed the train!!! Unfortunately the passengers were senior citizens. When talked to the taxi person he said this is due to traffic they can not do anything!!!!! If that is the issue they can call us and tell there is issue due to traffic and we would have arranged other means of travel
