Worst service. If any chance please avoid visiting this useless place. For me they took one hour to issue SIM. The executive is working in ultraslowmotion mode. He confirmed the SIM will be activated within one day, today its 4th day, not yet activated....

Worst service and customer support.
They don't answer call or heed to commitments .

WORST they are not picking the call if they are unable to pick a call please do not display the numbers they even dont deserve 1single star bad experience

if you cant take up the calls and if you cant give proper services then why getting paid and why spoiling the reputation of Airtel network.. Guys never go for this outlet worst employees and worst services. First have to throw this staffs somewhere.

Seriously poor services are there from airtel and they have not updated themselves as I have bought a new no submitted all the papers,verification is done still they are barring my outgoing functions.

I don't understand the attitude of the employees, they are worst than govt employyes. If I am the Boss I would have kicked them out on the first day itself. They never lift the phone and answer. I dont know what they will be doing and AIRTEL is managing with these type of useless irresponsible employees.

Airtel Relationship Centre makes your lifeTougher. You should not purchase any Airtel SIM cards, pay your phone bills and don't get other problems resolved here. Airtel Relationship Centre prides itself on its inefficient service and Their are not prompt response to your queries and issues.
