this is the worst service center in Bangalore.. im not exaggerating but trust me.. for a simple hardware replacement they have taken more than 50 days and stil now I haven't got the phone back.. please don't go for this service... they wil make ur lives miserable.. I heard its same with most of customers.. the employees are blunt and they don't listen our demands.. thye are not ashamed too.. they give varied information each time we call.. no proper info they provide about the status.. to reach them on phone it requires more than an hour.. please look at other options...

I gave my blackberry 9720 for service they said they will call me once they get the stock of , even if i call them they are not responding the call god help me .. hope they wont run away with my phone
I paid 6000 Rs to get by broken BB screen replaced in 2 hrs. Having satisfied with the service but dissatisfied the charges, came home to find out the fitting is not proper and dust is settling in. Can FINE FONE do the job right at the first time is questionable. I am not sure how the response going to be when I take the phone again to them...finger crossed
Disgusting service by Fine Fone. I had a issue with my data card. I gave it to them, they to six months to give me back in the same condition, then i wrote to the ZTE company and got a replacement at my house.
The operator who sits there is not coo-perating, she will test ur patience, she is always on the phone with her lover, she shouts and shows attitute to the customers, i sat one whole day from 11 AM till 5 PM as i wanted it that day only, only to learn that my data card it with an engineer who did not turn up for work that day.

Useless service. I given my HTC to replace the broken touch screen and they did it and gave to me in two days with another problem that my SD card not working. Later the problem found is that the connection strip has gone. When i given SD card was working perfectly. Their technicians made it. i don't know whether they given my parts to any other mobile and get the money. i am going to file a case in consumer court.
can anybody suggest a good service center to repair my motorola atrix 2 screen. Also need to check if it falls under warranty.
the worst service providers you will ever find. if you want your phone to get destroyed please go here. My blackberry bold was destroyed to the core by these people. They have no professional experience. they simply say that this part has fault and charge very high prices. when you receive your phone it will be in the same condition. Please don't give your phone. I gave it for repair as it had some loose connection with the battery they charged me 2500 for that and have put a paper in the back cover and gave back the cell to me saying that its repaired. They are just fooling customers. I don't understand why such big mobile brands choose so cheap service providers as there authorized centers. Made a huge mistake by giving them the mobile. W

The service is ok, but not great though. These guys test your patience while you wait for them to answer your call on all those 'n' numbers that they provide. I never got an sms that they had promised to send when my handset arrived at the servcie center. I had to call them and find out. But my HTC One X phone has got better. I would rate them average.
Worst service centre! they wudnt even call u if your phone is ready! they dont pick call even! pathetic service! they just remove ur phone dta, screen guard everything! i gave my htc phone for service, but the problem still exist!
Hi all, I had given my Motorola phone for Service (With in Warranty) and guess what ... It required software patches. for which they sent to Chennai and took 15 working days.
If you're phone is With in warranty , irrespective of the severity (minor or major )for sure they will take 15 working days and One more issue with these guys is they never pick the phone , if they pick they are not aware about phone status .. just ask few questions like work order no / phone model / With in Warranty or Out of Warranty and reply with ready-made answer "Sir you're phone is sent to Chennai will intimate you once the phone is ready through our SMS process"
