The Oriental Haveli

I've had the worst customer service experience of my life at this store. I bought a bunch of items and paid a good amount extra to have them shipped to NY. They arrived all broken or destroyed. For several days the store did not respond to my numerous calls. ("Call back tomorrow.") Finally they asked me to come to their store in person to discuss at which time they told me to just keep waiting with no resolution. I was also told that the owner would sue me for harassment for complaining to anyone and that he could make it so I could not leave the country. I very much regret entering their store.
