We bought a lot of furniture from East a few months ago, we started experiencing some issues with a bedside table where a drawer was not opening properly. The drawer finally broke and we called east.
they responded within 3 days and took the table back, fixed it and returned it to us in a week with no charge..

sad that the drawer broke, thrilled about the fact that they fixed it and didn't charge us a rupee!!

Probably the only furniture store in the city that is very clear about the products they sell in terms of raw materials and quality. reasonably responsive customer support. go out of their way to please a customer even after delivery of the furniture.Furniture I have purchased for my clients from here have had no issues for years. They even did a re-polish on one of my clients dining tables 4 years after delivery for FREE (this is in-spite of having only 1 year of free service!)
