I had done permanent hair staightening from onyx salon.One of my friend suggested me this place.I went there just to enquire as i was confused about the reviews on hair straightening.They were so amiable and polite and i did the straighening the same day.I did on Oct 2013 and my hairs are still so smooth n straight(except the new hair growth).i dont use any other products like serum and all..I shampoo and condition once in a week.I do hot oil massage too and spa once in a month.

Had a very bad experience with them. We hired them for the party makeup and post event they demanded much higher amount than what was fixed. When asked, Sumitha turned hostile and abusive. Said she has photos and will misuse them. Wonder what kind of business they are in. I agree there was a delay in payment to begin with but the treatment we got is unpardonable. Think twicw before using this salon...
