have been trying calling them, one line is busy and the other line is being disconnected on picking up.
Called this store to inquire if they have iPhone 3GS and the guy was really rude.. he spoke as if he is doing a favor on me by giving the information. While I was talking to him, he was busy talking to other people around and made me repeat my questions several times. He said the phone is not in stock and when I asked him the price, he said I have to come to the store to know the price! WTF!!
These kind of stores should be boycotted totally till they run out of business and realize the importance of good customer service!!

You can ask the store people to send the bill to your email id so you can use it for your future reference.if they say no contact apple directly.coz everywhere they will ask you how u want to bill this includes the flagship store in regent street London so ask them and know your rights n if u dont ask pple itself

please avoid this store. store manager boregowda is bad.. he asked me go to customer court. they sold me wrong software and did not even to be apologetic for that.... People there dont have much knowledge of the software. PLEASE AVOID
If you want to buy an Apple iPhone in Bangalore, I strongly urge you buy directly from Airtel or Vodafone as iStore Bangalore wont service your iphone, replace parts etc., Their customer service sucks and they give a crappy bill which completely fades out in 3 months time(they wouldn't issue a duplicate bill either)
