Worst service. They never help you. Sad i have not trusted the reviews. Whenever you do any online payment always go through reviews and go for it.
These guys are hopeless for VISA services.

They are terrible and do not do their work and are extremely inefficient. Would suggest strongly against going here!

Hi, I am a team lead in an MNC and I approached Thomas Cook for renewal of passport, as it's a branded company and i have only 10 days of time. They asked me 11,000/- and promised that they would take care of everything. After I paid the money their behavior started changing. I tried to reach them over phone several times but they did not spend even one minute of time for my doubts regarding the documents required, they gave inadequate information and cut the phone.When i opposed, they said "you are not the only customer we have"!.
