I bought a TVS scooty streak from Annapoorna Motors, Hoodi, Bangalore on 21/01/2012. Right from my first service, I kept complaining about the starting problem. They told me it will be fine if I charge battery. Initially, since I used it once or twice in a week, I thought maybe battery was down. But then I started to take regularly. The problem continued. I thought at least after third service things will change. But, it got worst. When we asked for change of battery,the service incharge guy, Mani harassed us and disconnected the call. The worst ever condition. Whom should we contact. Please advise.

I went for service on 13/12/2012, when i was giving for service attitude of service engineer was to make money, first he asked me to change tyre when i denied, he asked if i want to engine overhauling, then taflon coating etc.. when i asked reason he was unable to justify.
It was evening 5:30PM i picked the vehicle, no one was there to handover the vehicle. Vehicle is kept outside with keys and you just take them after billing.
After reaching home and on the way i realized vehicle has become too heavy, I was unable to pull it. It was just jammed. I also noticed both the buzzers were not working.
