Bad Experience with Univercell, Phoenix Mall, Bangalore.
Beware the Representatives and managers over here assure you of delivery within few days and get your mobile booked (This is the way to assure customers "Nice tactics ha" ). After your mobile is booked, they will take you for a ride. Weeks on week you keep on following up with these guys, not sure if they sell the allocated mobile to some other customer! This goes on until you ask them to cancel the mobile booking. They even agree to get the mobile cancelled. Once they get a feel that customer is really is fed up and surely will cancel...then they try and get the mobile specially....only for you :-) and hence forth the mobile cannot be cancelled.
So please be careful before dealing
