they provide excellent service. Once i booked from other cab in which they didnot come at time and wn i called BVK they came by 5 minutes. From that time i am using their service and they are very prompt. They charge little high but are PROMPT.......... NICE SERVICE

I have used this cab from Kaggadaspura to Lalbagh and have good experience.I did not find any issue with it.Its good

I agree with Mini,plz dont ever book this Kind of Agency especially BVK As worst Service and they dont respect there Clint. The Drivers and there Team are very Rude Plz be aware of BVK city taxi, Ever in my life Have Seen worst service from BVK.

Aweful service... they take more money than what other cabs do. They will say something else about the price on the phone and when teh cab arrives, they say a higher price. managers are dumb and lousy. attendant who answer the phone are sad and does not understand english properly.
they send whiteboard cars which is a clear violation. they go down to such an extent in customer service is they argue why they are taking Rs 25 per kilometer within the city limits. IDIOTIC service. NOT RECOMMENDED..

My recommendation is not to book this cab! The cars are not clean. Today i booked a vehicle with them and they sent me an Indica, which was pathetic in shape. I tries to explain to them whats wrong with it. But the owner is not in mood to listen. He just feels his cars are perfect. But trust me, I have had terrible experience with them. The vehicle I used is KA 03 B 9530. I don't want anybody to have the same experience. Please do not use the BVK service.

I don't think bvk city taxi service is that bad? I have been experiencing very good service from them for the last 2 years. Compared to metered taxi's its little expensive but then when you need a taxi they will come to your door step anytime. I had an emergency and had to rush to the Airport with in an hour, I gave them a call and they came within 10 minutes and I was in the Airport on time. When we try reaching metered taxi's they end up saying that there is no availability or they say the driver is not responding compared to all those things bvk is far better. You will not experience posh travel but then they give you good service. I would always rate them 3/5.
