13 counters 10 representatives present 5 will attend customers. I have to wait for an hour to get one statement from representative as not covered. The guy who will stand at enquiry desk will confirm the problem with mobile and charges associated with it. He send customers back at the gate itself instead of checking with technician. Worst service there is no customer satisfaction
