I have been a Customer of New Jagat Associates since 5 years now. They are extremely customer centric and my go to shop for all mobile related purchases and repairs. Also services are offered at reasonable price. I prefer this shop Vs Apple showroom for my iPhone. awesome service from the staffs of new jagat i have been to service of my samsung galaxy s4 they have done it in rs 3,500 were as smsung people told be that ther is a mother board issue and it will costing arount 9500 good service.......
Never Again. Worst experience. one and half month to repair a mobile. Terrible staff.
I bought Samsung Galaxy S duos mobile, flip pouch - caller id and screen guard on 1st April, 2013.
I didn't observe that flip pouch is already used one, it has scratches backside, I returned it and asked him to give new one. But he said no stock and come after one week. I went after one week, again he said its not available and come after one week. Then I asked him to return my money so that I can buy from other stores, he replied rashly, money is not refundable. Then I asked him to give memory card for that money instead of flip pouch, again he was not agreed to give memory card. hello i want to jagat for my SAMSUNG NOTE i got some problem in display they told me to some ic problem nd i given there nd they give back to me in four days they charge 3000 rs now my phone is working like same i bought new no problem & one thing i forget to tell u before JAGAT ASSOCIATES i want to samsung service centre & show my mobile nd they told me sir display gon 9000rs for new display nd jagat associates people they charge 3000rs for my mobile good service this is my personnel experience my advise to all viewer to if ur going there then meet to MR SUNDEEP he is head of service department nd good guy ...
Ultimate Cheaters!! i am having I9000 Galaxy S mobile, unfortunately i went to this shop without going to 'Authorized service centre', i was having 'Charging and heating' problem with my mobile, they took 2 days and told that my 'Charging IC' is not working and need to be changed, worth Rs 1800/-, i agreed and they changed it, they took 2000 rs for (200 for service), they hand it over to me and asked me to charge for 8 hrs, i charged it, but phone was boot looping. Again i went to them, they checked and told we need to change other IC, and they took 2 weeks for changing it, this time they themself concluded the phone was not working properly we need to check again and it may take another 4 days. i got fed up and asked to return mobile and m

Big cheaters. Took my cell phone for repair and promised to return in 2 days. Took 12 days and still did not fix it. On top of it changed my password as well, so had to loose all my contacts as well. Never buy or fix anything from them.
