Very bad service from Nupur dreamz..Quality of cake and flowers is below average..not happy with the service, same excuse was given to me that delivery boy's vehicle was broken down.. hopefully i got the delivery at 11:45 PM i.e. before my B'day ends :(
Not providing good service,
Hi All, Here's my story. I booked their service to deliver flowers to my wife in Bangalore. I called around 10 AM and Mr Srikanth told me that he was sure to have them delivered by lunch time ( say 12 30 PM). Now around 1230 PM I call only to hear that their vehicle has broken down and new guy is on the way. I get from Mr Srikanth (himself) that it should take no longer than 4 PM ( as my wife would leave her office early ) . Now around 3 40 PM, I call them and get Mr Srikant saying it will be delivered momentarily ( in any moment - was his actual phrase).
