The Capitol Hotel

CAUTION! They are CHEATERS. We organised an investors meet in this hotel and paid advances. In the morning when the meet started suddenly the hotel staff put the foot down and did not let any body inside the banquet hall and demanded money. Everybody from the staff including John and Shalini went rude and abusive in language and spoiled our event. we had no choice other than paying them what they wanted. And worst the senior management was not available for any help/comment.I am trying hard to get in touch with somebody like a MD or CEO but no body is available. its better to review first than repent later, so I would advice not to be trapped with such hotels.
