consumer behaviour very bad, yesterday i faced one incident in my life i will never forget.
I found a plastic piece in the soan papdi sweet. When I brought the matter before customer care, they are totally careless and behaved as if the customer added that piece to the sweets. It is a very hard piece, if it was chewed accidentally, it could have seriously harmed the jaws. The product details as follows.

I did shopping on 10 th of January 2013 cash memo no slf016006140092069 time 08:02 pm . They charged two times for the same product .since from Friday I am trying for 080-28606700 no one are picking my call I am very disappointed . If u are concerned for your customer reply for it.
