Customer Service is utter worst.
Dont go for this shop. I bought a Havells Ceiling Fan and unfortunately it has manufacturing defect. Still those guys are not replacing/servicing that. It almost close to 2 month after returning that fan to Vinay Electronics. Irresponsible Peoples.

Pathatic...WORST....Poor Quality...BAD Service.....Sep17th visited Vinays Electronics opp to "More Shoping Mall" & I purchased Geyser... the product looks brand new when he showed me at the showroom & notices he delivered old item/product ..when I called the store!!! they have diffrent story...Customer service is worst ..I PLEDGE not to buy anything hereonwards..... once the product bill is done, the immediate second they start push you out of store!!!! Over all serive & support are pathetic....while taking Geyser they told me about Geyser fitting is FREE.. later called & told me, the plumber charging Rs250/- & they are helpless...store wil not end....again the plumber at door step wil ask Rs450/-...
