Just changed a battery for my swatch at the store. Gentleman at the counter was so unfriendly. It was like he was doing me a favour! Have you heard of customer service? It was no wonder that the store was empty. All the swatches on display had a layer of dust on them...evidence that no one really visits the store
But i was shocked to hear that the battery cost me Rs 250!!! It's a watch battery! I wasn't given a receipt. When i checked online the cost of the battery ranges between 100 to 150. I wouldnt have minded if he had given me a receipt or even said that it was inclusive
of the service.
I'm just glad that I didn't buy a watch from them!!
