Horrible experience with the service provided by the employees of this company. They are big time liars, cheats and grossly irresponsible people.
I paid money for a dedicated truck to get delivery the next day which if done through a shared truck would have taken a longer time and costed much less. Faced delays in delivery of my materials that I got sent from Bangalore to Hyderabad. But these cheats still charged the full amount. Had paid up for insurance, but these cheats never showed the insurance booking documents. Got false assurances and innumberable excuses, all of them fake and made up reasons.
