Tata Docomo Store

Please do not go to this shop for new purchases. The store manager (Ms. Durgalakshmi) brilliantly convinces you by some means to purchase a useless product / plan, just to meet her sales target for the month. She would even say she can be reached anytime for any sort of help we may need. But in reality, she only routes us to customer care dept. My experience at this store became a total disaster because of this lady. Please approach other branches.
