I also agree that this Kannan is a number one fraud. He came to my home for micro Owen repair and he took the machine and he ll not picking the phone for three days after that he told the board problem and it cost is 2500 /- and i said no problem you gave me the machine and he said OK then he is not picking the phone again for one weak after that the product is ready you have to pay 2000/- and he game to my home and argue with me and shouting in my home and he collected Rs.1800/- and not gave me a bill and waranty card any thing he is no one fraud please don't be live this fellow.

I also agree that this Kannan is a number one fraud. He came to my home for refrigerator repair and collected Rs.2100/- for defraust timer, defrast bimetal sensor and service charges vide his bill No.920 dated 20.03.2012 and spoiled the fridge. After his visit there is not improvement. When called, he never came. talking all rubbish over phone. If any police complaint is lodged against him, i will support. His mobile number is 9790737204.

I regret that it did not strike me to checkup on this man Mr B.Kannan of A Cool Home. He is definitely Number One Fraud case.When I called him to look to my double door fridge because of defrost problem in Freezer and poor cooling in Refrigerator section he replaced A Timer and Bimetal Fuse as per his Bill for charges 1900/- which I paid in good faith.Unfortunately for me the working status of the fridge remained the same. He came to my place on Dec23, 2011.After talking to him a couple of times I realised he had done this numerous times since when I protested while paying him he showed me how he had collected almost similar amounts for replacing these parts.I have initiated police action against him and hopefully he will learn his less ... don't trust this man Mr.kannan 0f cool home.he took rs.500 to repair my washing machine.he said if acid wash is done dust will be cleared and the machine will be working. for transporting he said rs 600 have to be incurred.next day i said i will bring in my omni and asked his address. he gave address of another company nearby my place and asked to deliver the machine. after two day of dillydallying he said pay balance rs.500 to them and take the machine. . acid wash done by that company was not complete.he has not done anything. now machine is not working .dont give any work to that company.

Viewers pls don't trust this shop. They are very prompt in their first service, called me nearly 8 times, took 900 bucks from me for replacing a good working thermostat of my refridgerator and the replaced one which din't work at all. There is no response from this guy called Kannan on calling him again. I request the people not to be fooled by this crap company. Let me be the last one.
