Worst service and very bad response... Please dont deal with TS Infosystems.

I have purchased two hand set, Model Haier S210 and Unit Serial No: IS2180527405942. I bought this on Nov-2009. All of a sudden to my bad time my mobile stopped functioning. I gave the mobile to one of your listed service center in Chennai named TS INFOSYSTEMS, Chennai-600107. Ph: 26203985. Mob: 9841436646. The date of my submission of my handset is 18-May-2010. Unfortunately IâÂÂm yet to get back any information regarding the status of the mobile from your so listed service centre.
I have enquired numerous time say more then 100 calls from my mobile and land line but the reply I get is always a vague. I m really fed up and getting frustrated by hearing unacceptable explanation that we
