"No campaigning or propoganda like Sri is imagining. Blunders from the then fledgling organization frustrated me into saying what was then written in the post. The issues are resolved and I have reasons to believe they have corrected their approach
and are serving their clientele well. I have been looking to delete the post since 2014, but without much success.
I bear no Ill will towards Vishnoo builders or Sarngarajan..Wish them good luck"

I am Rangan, I purchased two flats from Vishnoo builders 2 years back.Their service,dedication and honesty is unparalled.They gave the property on time without any delay and superb quality.Trust and delivery is the hall mark of their buisiness

I was searching for Vishnoo builders website and accidentally landed here.Looking at the ratings Vishnoo builders got.I was extremely disappointed.I have known the owner of the company Sarangarajan for years now.He is a fine gentleman and someone who has kept his word every inch.I have bought two flats from him and wish to buy the third one.It is unfortunate that someone is running a malicious campaign against a person of his stature.I urge the person to come out in the open and talk about.The fact that one of the names is cheated shows that the person running this campaign is a cheator and a fraud of third degree.I trust Vishnoo builders completely.

My family is still going through hell for the property we bought in Chennai... It is 7 years... Please be EXTRA EXTRA careful with this builder.. The owner talks very nicely and takes money.. No proper documentation.. any document you ask for, he always says he has given it... I almost bought two properties... Never trust that Sarangaraja!

My sympathies with you Swammy. Any new buyers, please ask Sarangaraj to provide a reference of his Brother in law (his wife's brother). He apparently cheated his BIL royally by promising the moon and selling him a lemon. I was going to buy his BIL's property and came across so many issues, that the poor owner was not aware before. He mentioned that this is his life savings - not sure how Sarangaraj sees himself in the mirror and how is he abe to get any sleep, cheating his only BIL.

Please Be EXTRA Careful with this Builder, they are BIG Cheats they dont even comply with signed registered documents, I had bought a flat in CHENNAIi with them and only me and my family know the problems we faced , the quality is the worst and their attitude before getting the money and after getting the money is totally different, Sarangraj can do anything to get money he can stoop down to any level to make money but in return dont dare to ask him his deliverables , Be careful with Them.
