Very poor customer service. i had brought a fridge on october month. for the fridge they will provide an iron box as a free gift. but till date they didn't give me that gift. they'll always tell the company didn't yet provided the item. after that only we can give. tell us call and wait. i had a bad experience with sathya. very worst.
Wrong commitment and negligence
I have ordered Samsung double door fridge from Porur Branch on 24th Feb 2014, I was promised that it will be delivered immediately, I have informed them that i am purchsing teh fridge just because i have 2 kids at home and to keep milk and all eatables i need it urgent as my exixting one is in repair and i dont have time to repair it , But even after 25/02/2014 morning 9am i havenât received , All my call are recorded and when i spoke to the branch person he was telling that the scheduled van doesnât have the RC papers and that is why its not yet delivered, and promised that he will make sure arrangements, They have gave any discount on it, after all that they asked me to pay for delivery charge, I accep

WORST EVER SHOP I HAVE VISITED IN CHENNAI .. KEEP AWAY .. STILL STRUGGLING TO HAVE MY AC SERVICED... LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE SELLING SUB -STANDARD PRODUCTS .. COMPRESSOR HAS GONE BAD WITHIN A YEAR
My experience with Sathya Agencies was in fact better than some of our folks here. May be, it is a case by case basis...
Horrible experience. I forgot to check price outside for fridge. They quoted me 13000 when the actual price in their store website was 10650!! Later they compensated by giving a gift but not worth the hassle when you are buying from a dealer. If they are considering to keep their brand value, they should stay away from these fraudulent acts. In fact the washing machine was quoted 500 extra and the box that came in had the price and label scratched !! Never in my life had this happen to me with Vasanth &co and Viveks. They just refuse to sell below a fixed price instead of doing these cheap tactics. Better to buy in grey market than in Satya
Worst Shop ... I am still ruing my decision to buy a BlueStar AC from these guys. Even after more than 10 days , I am yet to get the AC working in my home
I have been buying one or other of my home appliances from Sathya Porur for the last 2 years....!!! I have seen one positive point with them is they offer a reasonable and competitive pricing for the items..!!! Still their delivery commitment is bit negotiable. The after sales support and Service follow ups are also not up to a star rating..!!! They have scope of improvement !!! However I understood from my other friends that the other vendors/dealers (of reputed brands) are also not so pleasing..!!! So Let us be better !!!,as we don't have the option for the best ??? :-) I have recommended a few of my friends to buy from them and they also have like thinking !!!
