Iitially they are prepared to take patient in any condiitionBut care is far from satisfactory.No duty doctor available 24 hours.ONly one experienced nurse given the fact that people with serious illness are admitted.They walk into patients room with shoes worn outside.No facilities,no physiotherapist.YEs they change clothes and clean the patient.But no empathy.Nobody talks with patients which is very important for palliative care.VEry mechanical.The main doctor doesn't have time to explain the progress and our queries are trivialised..I am still traumatised by their behaviour
