One of the worst ever shops I have interacted in my life time!! I bought an ipad USB charger from them. It failed to function in less than 3 months time. I returned the stuff to the shop asking them to repair/replace. I gave the failed item on Nov 4th and got a job order. After that, the guys simply went to a long sleep!! I got a call almost a month later from the product company saying the item had filed because the shop has given me the wrong product (under specified product). This clearly means the guys at Studio Cell T.Nagar have no clue on what is suited for customer needs. After that another long lull and I had to call three times. Everytime, I get excuse item has been given to company and we are yet to hear from them, total bullshit.
