Vijaya Sesh Guest House

Bitter experience in the guesthouse on 21-5-2013. Weak plastic clamp holding flush tank broke and the tank collapsed to the ground when the flush lever was pressed. Fortunately I escaped unhurt. Instead of recognising the agony and inconvenience caused to the guest, there was further harrassment by the manager. He kept me waiting before his room. Finally paid up Rs. 700 as compensation for the tank. For the faulty installation and poor maintenance of the toilet, the guest had to bear the brunt. The manager also cited similar instances in the past while demanding compensation. No compensation to the guest by the guesthouse for wasting his time, mental agony and inconvenience
