After placing an order for LG Washing Machine and paying the money on 19 May 2015, we didn't receive delivery until 22 May. When we called up the store and enquired, they said they will send it. However, after repeated calls nothing happened for 3 days.
On top of this, one Mr Dharani ( 9940683915 ) was extremely rude and abusive when I spoke to him on the phone.
I will never ever buy any product from Shah's and definitely not recommend this store to any friends and family.
Goodbye and Good Riddance
its worst showroom in chennai. i bought an AC and compressor was faulty and he told me to goto service center for it! wtf should i pay for ac and roam in service centers?? Manager is very arrogant and mental retard. Never buy from there.
don't buy any eletronics goods and household items in this showroom.
i bought Onida split AC, At the time of buying, salesman told me that installation charges covered with AC(free), but the technical person charged Rs.1300 for installation.
cost wise also very high compared with other showrooms.
