Worst service ever seen. Pls don't go here. I am experiencing same behavior all the time. if you have lot of money and wants to increase your BP then go here.
spare part - RS 150 Labor charge is RS 120 for that spare.
we paid full cash down payment for Honda Aviator before diwali just after being promised by the dealer that the vehicle will be delivered within 10days , though it was not ready by the time we wanted to take delivery upon delivery after few days we found the vehicle had many scratches around the scooter we noticed this after making gate pass when we showed this to the dealer staff she was very cool and said this is normal at the time of fixing the accessories this happens but we refused to take delivery as there was no one responsible to speak to that day , we left the showroom dishearten and spoke to the sales manager the following day after a long argument they agreed to give us another scooter which took another 4 to 5 days and that too ... View Moreafter making many phone call followups and making a person visit (all this after we paid full down payment ) we finaly got the scooter and this time the fixings were done over some supervisor supervision and still the side panels on the front had not been fixed properly which was pointed out and that took another 2 hours finally we had the vehicle , they told us the 1st service either at one month or after 750km which ever comes first now yesterday when we completed one month with a 350km run went for service and now they say that the oil has to be changed and this would cost around 400INR this was never intimated to us at the time of buying th vehicle as they said the 1st service is free
now where come this oil change charges , also if the oil can with stand 750km on the initial filling from factory then we still can run the vehicle for another 400km as the oil should be good enough for this ,
can some one here from the dealer explain this
we are not at all satisfied by the service and the reply that we get from their staff who seems not to be trained enough to deal with vehicles as they lack knowledge
appreciate if someone from the head office check on this , as i am sure the company do check on all these qualities before giving the delarship to Maansarovar the unprofessional handling from this dealer in madipakam is worth reporting .
Hope someone responsible will look into this

Poor Customer Service. No proper reason for billing, unwantedly parts have been changed. Even my bike is under warranty and they are charging for failed parts. recently my front shock obsorber seal kit has started leaking within 3000km and they have charged on that for me. No proper technician for servicing CBR 250.
I feel like cheated- We bought a Scooter in January - The Speedo meter connection disconnected, but noticed after returned home, but we didn't take serious. The user manual was not given for more than two months- First service was done without manual. But later the oil is leaking we went informed , but simply they did some thing but still oil is leaking( visible when you parked somewhere for quite long time. The User manual given was given some old book with whitener correction ??? (may given to somebody). We paid down cash - facing all problems.
