I am an account holder at SBI's West CIT nagar Branch S/B a/c No. 10624917923
They have following Tel Nos. 24344253 and 24334207
As I reside in Surendranagar Adambakkam , Chennai 88 I try to telephone them before going there for passbook update etc
BUT I NEVER GET THEIR PHONE ANSWRED I HAVE TRIED THIS ATLEAST 50 TIMES during the last three days This has also happened before on several occasions
Something has to be done for this as I can not be sending sombody there and then find that their system is not working for updating the pasbook ( as has happened during the last four/five days)
Please phone me on 98410 57871 once the system starts working
