2. Support staff with no knowledge. Don't even know emergency medical procedure

I am disgusted with almost everything about this hospital
My mother received treatment for Breast Cancer in this hospital. She succumbed at the end. I would like to share my opinions so someone else can be aware and make an intelligent decision.
