VRL logistics will be good. But the particular booking office in pappanaicken palayam (Now in Nava India) is very poor in their service.
They incorrectly enter the product weight and behave very rude in their behavior with customer. For us they charged 160 kg in the receipt and the product actual weight is only 30 kg. Every time they follow the same procedure and worst time management they have. It will take atleast 30 mins to book a parcel.
