I purchased a Crompton geyser (Model: Amica Pro 25-L) in October 2024, expecting quality and reliability. Unfortunately, it started malfunctioning in December 2024, and by January 2025, Iâve had to register three complaints (Service Request Number: 2501181886/01).
Despite paying â¹400 for a technician-recommended cleaning to "permanently fix" the issue, the geyser stopped working within 4 hours. The technician revisited on Sunday, but it failed again after a few hours.
Itâs frustrating that a product from such a reputed brand is causing so much trouble just months after purchase. I hope Crompton improves their product quality and service support to prevent such issues in the future.
