I wanted to share with all an appalling and horrendous experience that I just witnessed at FLIP BISTRO, Galleria Market on 11th Juneâ13 at 9 PM. The restaurant was not at all packed and had sufficient space to accommodate us (group of 14) for dinner, but somehow the service and staff was so baffled and confused with no clue on how they should be serving us. Before placing our order I clearly stated to make a note that all dishes on this table should be vegetarian, from there on we started placing our order comprising of Soup, Starters and Main Course. After 10 minutes, the staff comes and serves us saying CHICKEN SOUP, on which everybody on the table raised their eyebrows, when enquired he apologized that soup is VEGETARIAN but he misstat ... View Moreed it as CHICKEN. Later he started serving MEXICAN VEG PIZZA, and somehow we found it suspicious based on what was presented, so we called the staff to double check is this all VEGETARIAN, the staff confirmed that everything on table is VEG. We proceeded with our meals and the moment we tried chopping a pizza slice, it turned out to be CHICKEN piece, which was brought in immediate notice of the Manager on ground and he again started apologizing which was of no use to any of us as the moment was completely spoilt and frustrating to know how could these people make such a mistake not ONCE but THRICE.
How can the staff and management be so dumb and careless? They did not even care to check what has been ordered, cooked and servedâ¦
On top of all, customer management skills of the Manager was par excellence, he said that I apologize and I will not charge you for this ï, which is more ridiculous to know that he thinks by not charging us he doing a favor to all, itâs never about the money but the experience that he has been spoilt and hurtled the religious sentiments of many vegetarian folks around..
I have personally never experienced more pathetic experience than this, where the SERVICES were at rock bottom levels with no processes and quality integrity on how customers should be catered.
