I strongly suggest that you avoid purchasing anything product from Kitchen Kraft. I went to purchase a chimney for our cafe and inspite of telling the owners of this outlet our requirement, they sold wrong product to us just to earn some money. We had to run behind them to get our chimney fitted due to which we had go through lot of problems. I was surprise when a vendor visited me who specializes in commercial kitchen chimney, though we have not enquired for any such vendor. When we asked who gave him our reference, he said Kitchen Kraft. May be they were trying to mint some extra money by sending another vendor, who they should have referred to us at the time when we went to purchase the chimney.

I purchased a new chimney from kitchen kraft, he sent me a chimney mfd 3 years old, when i returned the chimney, he packed the same chimney in a new box showing latest manufacturing. When i found this problem during installation, he says that it is supplied by the company, when contacted the company, they say we cant put a different S/N in a different S/N box.....horrible
