Worst possible service and interaction you would have post sale. Plenty of options outside...just avoid them.
Below are the problems that we have faced:
1. Initially it was committed taht delivery of AC will be done by 06:30 Pm but despite numerous phone call the CA was delivered at 10:00 Pm in the night
2. It was also committed that the installation will be done on the same day. Till 10 PM false commitment was made that the person will reach the location in another 15 minutes and after that the owner stop taking the calls
3. Next morning the follow up was done from our end regarding the installation and again it was committed that they will revert in next 15 minutes. But there was no revert till 5:00 pm in the evening. After 5:00 pm again calling around 7 to 8 times, it was committed the installation guy will reach at 6:30 to install th

Use less bunch of people,They will appear sweet to you when you go and buy stuff from them but will not even listen to you if you go later to them for any complaints or any queries.Never Buy from them
Raj electronics Dwarka Branch Owners and operators are commited to cheat and fraud for small profits. During my last visit to india i bought 2 Toshiba laptops from them. To allure me to buy from them they included a free mouse and headphones. Inspite of beingfor max 200 INR they have been finiding stupid reasons not to give promised mouse/headphones for last 4 months now.200 INR versus customer satisfaction and relations. I guess Raj electronics are very straight in their mission statement. Make profit now from this customer (By Cheating) India population will ensure another stupid customer tommorow.
I TOTALLY AGREE WITH WHAT 200FEETUNDER SAID... WOULD HAVE GIVEN NEGATIVE RATINGS IF POSSIBLE
Workers at Raj Electronics Dwarka are worthless. I want to complain against couple of sales men employed at Dwarka Branch. We have been customer of Raj Electronics, R.K Puram Branch for last 15/16 yrs.Never ever received such kind of behavious from the staff what i faced in Dwarka Branch. So I wanted to know the name of the owner. I don't think i will ever go to Raj Electronics in future in my life... i will also ask my friends not to go that shop.... i will write a note against Raj Electronics Dwarka Branch and share it on my Facebook wall with all friends and will ask them to share the same with others.... I'm trying to ventilate the issue in The Times of India as well....
