One of the worst salon I have witnessed in terms of the administration, management and courteousness. They completely have no idea how they are taking the appointments and how to manage the same. I have been to the salon 4 times, and first two times i got to know that my appointment booked was not at all intimated to the hair stylist I wanted and he had no time to provide me with any services. I have to wait for an hour and a half for the first time, while the other time I had to come back without getting my cut done. Last time I visited I got late by 15mins and they completely denied me the services saying that its my fault that I did not turn un time.
