Sola Topi Restaurant: Sola Topee is a concept restaurant serving exotic dishes developed during the British Raj. Eating out here is an experience of transformation like never before. An innovative menu is not the only thing that draws patrons here. Sola Topee dishes out much more. Their concept is established as a British outpost, complete with the tent enclosure and memorabilia, including an array of the pith helmets (sola topee). This is a good place to sample recipes from the Raj, Indian dishes morphed to appease colonial lords. The Lamb Kebabs, Lady Curzon's Mulligatawny soup, Viceroy's Tawa Prawns, Caramel Custard and Shahi Tukra are recommended.
