If you want to kill your family member, admit in shanti gopal hospital. There is no management there to whom you can make complaint of your issue. Housekeeping staff will kill your patient. They are here just to get salary. I admitted my mother there but cannot explain the scene here. Never never never suggest to admit your family member here.
I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE DOCTORS IN MY LIFE.
I TOOK MY MOM TO DR A P SINGH IN SHANTI GOPAL WITH THE REPORTS OF TYPHOID AND CBC AS SHE WAS VERY ILL.AFTER SEEING THE REPORTS DOCTOR ADVISED TO GET THE REPORTS AGAIN FROM SHANTI GOPAL. ON ASKING Y AGAIN,HE DIN'T GIVE THE SATISFACTORY ANSWER. THE OTHER DAY AGAIN HER HEALTH WAS GETTING POOR IN THE EVENIG AND WHEN I TRIED TO GET THE CONSULTATION,HE SAID THAT GET YOR MOM ADMITTED, IF HEALTH IS SO POOR AS RIGHT NOW IAM BUSY WITH PATIENTS.
SO FRNS NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL .

Worst administration. How they got CGHS empanelled,Its terrible. the behabiour of staff sitting on registration counter is very ugly and rude. they even dont know how to talk to patient's guradian came for taking treatment in the hospital. apart from that, they always talk abount non sense rule and papers required for treatment under CGHS scheme. This hospital must be de-listed from CGHS list

No coordination between doctors and clerical/admin staff.. We were there for Cashless "Day Care" treatment, the marketing staff first forgot to submit papers to TPA for pre-authorization. Later had to put pressure on him to do so, however this fool took authorization for 24-hr hospitalization instead later they sent final bill with Day care which was in turn rejected. We had to wait for 6-7 hours in this process and later 2 hrs as entire staff was confused about reports to be given, bills to be submitted, etc etc.
The Discharge Summary nowhere mentions the Tests, X-Rays etc performed, so in case one goes for second opinion or reimbursements later f
