In short DO NOT BOOK ANY TRIP WITH THIS COMPANY. During our trip to the ski resort Gulmarg, Kashmir, we were constantly lied to, treated with aggression, threatened to have our trip cancelled and finally forced to pay an additional 15,000 rupees in resort for lift passes which were included in the trip package. The agent from the company, Sameer, and the local guide, Doctor Faisal, are bad and dishonest men whose spoken and written word mean nothing.
