me and my friend went for a facial, a haircut and a hair spa... My friend reported of headache because they repeatedly kept pulling her hair during hair spa and i ask them specially not to bleach my face while doing facial which the beautician did off course and charge me extra for, and the facial lasted for a good hour of which the beautician was present in the room for hardly 10 mins.. now I have rashes all over my face and my haircut is a disaster ... at least have the courtesy to provide good service if charge so much!!!!
