Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited

I have taken car loan Ioan in June 2014 Ecs are not registered from bank. I have given all EMI on time then also they have changed cheque bounced charged.
I called them laxhmi ngr branch mgr. He said he can remove all charges but now after two years still the charges are there

your kotak mahindra car loan service is so poor.
I suffering so much problem after taking loan . you have taken two emi in a one month.
nobody return amount and adjust. i am continue calling last 5 October till 3 November in customer care but nobody authorised person call me.

1) Ask for change if not provided, he keeps the remaing amount. Any amount less than 10.
Rather accepting payment of round figure/amount or providing change to customer.
2) I asked him to accept greater than installment in round figure, so that it will get adjust in next month installment.
3) By collecting change amount from every customer cashier makes a good count at the end of every day.
4) Reason for paying installment in cash was my installment amount got increased with late fees/bouncing fees. If i pay check it will get delay 2 more day to cleared and then i have to pay late fees for 2 more days.
