Radisson Blu Plaza

i dont think the rating are genuine. we had a very bad experience with the hotel we were about to book the rooms but their customer service department or the reception who ever picks the phone is the , best i can say is a competitor paid employee and has been paid to destroy the name of the hotel., she has just one thing to say and that is "mam plz hold the line"keep holding till you die.......no one speaks ever after.. this happens for a couple of time then they stop picking up the phone altogether. Check the timing it was 19/09/2014 9:05 till 9:30 lady was in the reception, if the management has any care for the reputation, please take action.
