I and my wife travelled with DPauls to Singapore, Kualalamur & Genting on superior package. My experience was below average. I will mention all my personal experience to help people decide whether to choose DPauls as their travel partners and for DPauls to improve their services. 1. Package booking: Pros: DPauls makes a reasonable package, cheaper than other travel agencies. Cons: DPauls agents do not call back or communicate all the information properly. I faced a lot of miscommunication for visa documents. Person responsible âMr. Kapil Jainâ was friendly but himself was confused when we asked questions regarding specificities of documents even about photographs needed. View More d me an electronic copy of the tickets, itinerary and visa as these were electronic visas, even after calling him for 5 times on the same day he did not send me the asked documents. 2. Travel guide and tour: a. Singapore: Good: Hotels were nice and as mentioned in the booking. Tour organizer Mr. Tripathi was nice. We really enjoyed Night Safari, Sentosa and Universal Studio. Bad: City tour was not arranged properly. We wasted a lot of time at Singapore flyer and Merlion park. Where travel guide did not give us any time to see China Town or the Chinese temple. She took us to a shop in china town where we were given 20-30 mins to shop. b. Kualalampur: Travel guide made sure that we do not enjoy kualalampur. Good: Nice hotel, Sunway lagoon Bad: âMr. Rajaâ was the assigned travel guide and received us from the airport. He is one arrogant guy and was rudely speaking to all the passengers and even threatening by saying âpeople suffer if they go against meâ. Always saying sentences like âI know you Delhi peopleâ and âI know the character of you Delhi peopleâ. He changed the itinerary without asking all the passengers and skipped twin towers completely, his words were âI am the boss and I will decideâ. One of the evening he left us for shopping saying that he will tell us the way back to hotel and insisted on taking monorail. He said hotel is 2 min walk from the monorail stop. At 11.00PM we reached the monorail station and got to know that hotel is actually 1.5km far. In a city like kualalampur it is not safe to walk around at night. Next morning when confronted he said, it was good for digesting food. c. Genting highland: A nice place to visit but travel guide made it in a hectic trip. Genting is a nice resort which has amusement park, casino, shopping mall and snow world. DPauls mentioned that Snow world was closed but failed to mention that even the amusement park was also under renovation for another 8-9 months. We had to stand in line for long and were allowed to check-in by 5.30PM. By this time we were completely tired and could not enjoy the resort. This trip could have been much better if managed properly. I took the trip thinking that the travel guides will be experience and will help us enjoy the cities to the fullest but I was completely wrong. DPauls I hope you take actions accordingly to make travelers experience better.View Less

My dad recommended that I opt for your Singapore deal! Hell boy! It turned out to be a decent one. The money I gave you all was for the essential needs coz it was a budget one. Went there with a very close friend on a short trip and visited amazing places. The tour packages provided to us was affordable without any extra unwanted thing!!!!!! Got a decent flight and the hotel.. dont know how you guys managed your profit though as I am not a marketing guy... just joking!

This was the first time we used Dpauls travel and it will obviously not be the last. They had coordinated everything wisely and from themoment we arrives in Mauritius, it was all in perfect order.... make our honeymoon more special/ we got spa treatment free from hotel and it was really relaxing. we were even given a bottle of sparkling wine in the room abnd t-shirts to welcome us. the most lovely part was d romantic candle light dinner in the beach. these are special memories and we are really glad that we booked our honeymoon with dpauls. as far as the place is concerned it was so beautiful that we never wanted to come back. the ile aur surf island in particular was fab.

Avoid DPaul as we had a very bad experience with them on our Kathmandu package .Did not provide taxi in time at hotel in Kathmandu due to which we missed our return Flight to Delhi . Had to incur additional expenditure of INR 50000/- . ,

Worst experience with Dpauls in europe tour Dont do any europe tour with Dpauls as they take half of the tour package amount from you but do not apply your visa on time . They apply Visa very late because of which Your visa is processed after the tour date and you can not go to the tour and your money will also not be refunded. Biggest problem with Dpauls they dont have sufficient booking for europe tour. They take the booking amount from you and when there are very few days left to travel date ,they change the travel date. Recently finished Leh Ladhak package . Very unprofessional. None of their agents were available and neither they could be contacted. Poor accommodation at all places. All hotels had small rooms and were inside narrow lanes and even basics were missing.

I just finished a Thailand trip with Dexecutive Paul. I planned this trip with my siblings. It took us over three hours to get our visa on arrival. We came out of the airport at 12 midnight, only to find the guide missing. They had left us for Pattaya. On being given informed, wetc were asked to make our own arrangements. :
