Very Bad experience, The owners are too rude and they feel offended if you spend some time there and do not buy anything from them. I went there to replace my glasses, they quoted me a very high price and so I politely denied that I will get it done at some other shop, after hearing this the owner started using bad language. This is how they treat customers.

A strong NO to ATUL OPTICS becuase

--> High prices
--> Customers are lowest priority
--> Money making is their only agenda
--> Owners are too rude and use bad language

Worst optician in Mayur Vihar or possibly in Delhi too. The Owners of Atul Optics are gundas who force you to buy their sub standard products and if you deny it politely then they will charge you for taking their time. Such is the shamefull act they do with customer. The elder brother who claims to be AIIMS(please some one check their degree) qualified doesnt seems to have basic knowledge of Optics. The younger brother is too short tempered and get abusive if you ask him few technical questions. The prices at this shop are too high, you can get a better product in Â less price for sure in any other shop. The only sophisticated and trendy collection showroom in Mayur Vihar. They give special attention and suggest good products. The product line is very good.
