Today my worst experience in this parlour....I am not new here I gone so many times and satisfied with the services...
I called up alps in morning one girl had a word with me I ask her to make my package she told me that after discount it will cost me 2100 something...I told her it's costly according to others.. so she said uh come mam will give uh more discount.i asked her to tell me over oh then only I will come...
She said last she will give me package @2000/- I said okay i am coming when I reached they changed the package and told me something I agree on that I told again what I need to take in my package...when my work is going I asked the employee to do my foreheads she told me that there is no forhead included in ur package.i agai

Alps Rajouri garden banch is full of cheaters they never complete their comitments , I planned for bridal Package and on 25th sept i Took their 1st sitting prebridal they just done facial part and manicure & padicure no hair spa rather they commited that they will give hair spa , and on 28 oct on day of my ring ceremony they started very late , I was commited to give nail art and eye lashes they refuse to give this service & saree drapping was very poor no pin ups in saree very bad experience , next day on my marriage day they charged me 600rs. for gajara rather they commited that they will give me with make up, Make up was not so good, I will suggest everyone to opt for any other parlour.Please take all things in written if u go for alps

One of the worst beauty clinic. They don't bother about the after effects of the procedure done. I had a bad experience with my hair (they don't know how to perm) and they didn't do anything about it. The franchise owner said, 'we are not responsible, talk to the area manager' without even knowing what the problem was. Pathetic. I won't recommend it to anyone.
