Arun Dev Builders Limited (Corporate Office)

I booked a plot with them in their Bhiwadi project in 2006. It has now been 12 years, and I am still waiting for possession. They are cheating on us, as whenever I call them they defer the date of possession. I have already paid 95% of the land amount.
I am shocked to see below comments, may be they are the employees of Arundev, and all written below is a lie, as you can find about their project status on Google and complaint forum.
I request you to not to buy any projects from them till the time they provide possession in their Haridwar Dehradun Alwar and Bhiwadi projects, else you money will be stuck just the way ours is. So be aware.

I have booked an apartment with them in Rajasthan. The thing I like about them is their commitment. They stick to their words what they have said at the time of closing the deal.

Last year I bought a flat in Yamuna Apartments, based in South Delhi. I am happy that Arun Dev Builders kept its words by giving timely possession of my flat. Everything was just as promised. Now I am happily living in my dream home with my family.

Arun Dev Builder Dev City Ongoing project is undoubtedly the best as they are quite affordable as per the infrastructure. I had booked an apartment with them. The process is smooth and hassle-free.

With demonetization and RERA impact, it is now hard to find a good real estate agent with RERA registration. I have visited a real estate agent in south Delhi. They make huge promises but when it comes to fulfilling them, their words and behavior change drastically. But Arun Dev Builders are better, they always stick to their words.

I put up in unauthorized colony with my family and it feels bad to live in that kind of a society.
I always wanted to shift in a decent colony where I have all the facilities.The biggest challenge of purchasing a house in that kind of a society is budget.
