Karbonn mobile providing the shameful service. I am facing more problem with karbonn mobile A21 .I am sending a mail support@karbonnmobile.com but he cant replay and I am trying service centre no He cant pick my phone .
I bought karbonn smart tab 1 on 17 Step 2012 from reliance digital .This tab had several defects.Tab could not be repaired by ur local service centres ,so it was sent to head office service centre Delhi 3 times and it remained there for 20 30 and 25 days respectively. now at last I have filed a complaint in consumer court alwar Rajasthan .next date for hearing is 28 June 2013. In the matter hearing date was today which ur employees knew but they avoided to appear . Ur toll free and customer care number do not respond mostly.ur service is very deficient .thank you.
