ordered for 25 boxes of sweets with MRP of 460 @ Gulab Pitampura, however I received packed boxes with cheap priced sweets on 21st Nov, which I came to know after distributing these boxes to my family and friends on 22nd Nov 2015.
They changed Kaju Barfi with Shakar-pare, Dry Fruit ladoo with normal boondi ladoo. When I called Mr. Ashok ( person who took my order) back on 24th Nov, he shouted, misbehaved over d phone, shouted and asked me to talk to packaging department.
This misbehaviour was continued for 4 consecutive calls after which he gave me the number of owner. The owner asked one manager to call n give a meagre amount back which was not adequate as compared to the quality of sweets delivered. However, they were not bothered
