Hey day before i bought refrigerator and voltas window ac from raj electronics rk puram...v hv made a full payment that includes installation and shippment..they agreed to ship it at our address with in next few hours nd get it install.
V purchased it in d aftrnoon..v got our stuff at around 9 pm...followed by installation guy...whn v opened d packing ...the voltas ac was all scratched nd in a very poor condition ..v doubt it as a second hand...v calld them nd they replied v cant replace itz a new ac ...plz get it installed nd if u wan us to replace than plz pay transportation again....i askd them y shud v pay it again ..itz nt our fault...they wer not ready to listen

Raj electronics also cheated me he sale me Sony handset and he did not give me original bill over 20 days I don't want purchase anything from this shop ...i.when ever I went to his shop he told me his servers down or another reason like his shop had audit I request plz don't be purchased any kind of product.......

I agree with the earlier review. I bought a blower from here on the insistence of one of the salesman. He told me that if my family did not like it I could easily return it within the next 24 hours. When i went to return it the owner initially refused to return and only when I got a little angry agreed. Then since there was a price difference in the price he refused to return the money and instead told me to buy something for the extra amount. He said that since the bill had already been made he had to pay Vat on the earlier amount.
The owner thinks somehow that his customers are illiterate and uneducated. In front of me only he cancelled the original bill and made a new one meaning that he would not have to pay the extra VAT at all. He t
